Hi AhJo77 (ahjo77),
The next wedding dinner i will be attendiing will be mid of oct, nov & dec...
As for Shirley (shirley_htt) i totally agree with what you have mention.
Just wan to highlight to the future wedding couples, if you going to held your wedding in NCQ.
Upon signing with NCQ, let the co-ordinator know what you expect on your WD cause you dun wan your WD to be ruin on that day right. Give a few example like the FOOD & SERVCE i find that it is very important. Let talk about the food, from what i had attended the wedding in NCQ the food presentation are not nice and the taste so so only. It didnt really give me a feeling of 'WOW' it look so special in that course that i'm going to eat. When you attended your food tasting, if you have any feedback about the food ask them to look into the food tasting feedback form and follow. If you find that the food is too salty or too sweet ask them to change and make sure it is change on your WD. For my expereince i can see when they cook for the food tasting and on the Wedding day itself the food taste abit diff. Most important thing is ask them not to rush the foods cause when i attend my friend WD @ NCQ the food sometime seem so fast sometime seem so slow. So i duno who should i blame, the chef or the server that serve us?
Next, we move on to their service. Make sure on your WD there is enough of servers to serve each and every tables cause you pay them for the service. I guess you also dun wan to face there is not enough staff serving the foods.( Not enough SERVERS = Food serve to the tables is slow ( food may turn cold ) & standard of the SERVICE will dropped.
Overall i think they are still improving to become better ( HOPE SO ) and their deco and food presentation need to improve abit more. Deco too WHITE seem like attending funeral, first course presentation too simple not interesting @ all ( OPTIONAL ).
I have no intention to offend anyone but just some expereince that i had went thru so for the future wedding couples hope my little info to you can prepare yourself on your Wedding Day.
