hi there, keys will be given out in batches. The sequence as follow,

488 --> 489 --> 490 --> 487

sad to say, I from 487 and will be the last batch of keys collection. However, I do hope 488 guys will receive their letter soon and hopefully they will start to collect keys from May... because that means I maybe able to collect my keys in June July or august period.... crossing my fingers...

488 and 489 neighbours... must inform us when u receive letter to submit ur recent payslips for HLE application k?

I have been following this thread for quite a while. Thanks to all those who have contributed on the updates on the progress of our flats.

I'm from 490. Seems like not many people from 490 other than Bigfish. Any more neighbours from 490 out there?

hi,

information of inspection dates and completion dates are always given in gebiz because they are tendering out for RI inspection.

The keys collection are always in batches and normally follow the targeted completion dates of each blks.

any idea what the budget need to set aside if going to opt for marble flooring for the whole unit?
living rm + 3bed rm + store rm.

Wow,you want to do marble flooring for the whole unit, hon! That's going to cost quite a bit, I guess.

Well, I can't be sure for now, but just for sharing. My fren did her flat in '07. Hers a 4-rm 90 sq flat. She did marble flooring for the living rm and parque for the 3 bed rms, fixture wall (for tv and bomb shelter), tv console, a small walk-in wadrobe, the kitchen cabinets (only bottom with granite surface) and the other basic stuff. All these cost her about $40k. Initially, she wanted to do granite for the whole unit but it's really way beyond her budget. Then she thought maybe marble will do. In the end, she settled for just marble for the living rm.

I do not know how is the price for the market now, but there's no harm in asking around for quotations then make your decision. I hope this will help

$7-$10 psf
or
$70-$100 per sq meter

any idea how many sq ft or sq meter are living rm + 3bed rm + store rm all together?

Our switch are those new flat type with two big buttom together. Instead of those old type thick and have three small buttom together.

it is in nov. now i think you can't cause there will be inspector around. We just walk in, the worker there saw us but did not say anything.

Do you all think the toilet wall tiles design is really out of the world? If have spare cash, I probably knock away those few "obiang" tiles and replace with similar white tiles.

the flooring is optional when you purchase the flat.
