Hi hui..We had spoken to Moss Emmanuel and Red Dot(which I checked on HDB site that that Red Dot is not HDC licensed, so when dealing with ID, may wana take into consideration if they are HDB licensed or not)..

we din really specify what we wanted. we talked to the ID and he planned the layout for us based on our conservation. I would say he really listen to us cos his layout to us includes things that we really wish to have but somehow cannot verbalise to him when we chatted. They have a basic package costing ard $10688 after discount (include design). I think the package is quite comprehensive lah.

we know nothing about reno but plush living really took time to talk to us and explain the procedures. He shown us their HDB license (we checked and indeed they are licensed). Overall, we were comfortable with Plush living but not going to rush into this and sign with them yet. still want to shop ard

me too drop by this afternoon with my sis along. we sat at the park for quite sometime looking at my new hse n chit chatting abt it. the weather was great n most important it is windy enough. i use to worry tat 487 may b very warm during noon time but aft today visit, it shd b fine de. the sun directly do not face straight too.

Oh..I was juz curious, coz usually in research methodology there are some hypothesis which generates assumptions in order for you to come out with questions to prove your assumptions.

For eg:

Hypo: Hybrid are getting more popular
Assumptions:
1) they are more environmentally friendly
2) etc, etc...

Survey: Questions to find out whether these are true....

Outcome: Proven true, thus marketing strategy goes like this...

You may wana try doing it...will make your research more accurate...

No problem at all..hehe..since i was nearby the area, so might as well take the chance and visit our future house..hehe..

ariesci, u may also wana consider using the triangulation approach to strengthen your research on top of the quantitative surveys(such as qualitative interviews, secondary data like statistics, academic papers, etc)..

Checked with the HDB. they are projecting completion of flats on 4th Qtr after series of checks before CES hand over the project to them. After which they will hand over the keys to us. They will inform us when they start to do the checks...
