Nope. I don't use the tong shu for professional practice. All the dates (whether it be Move in dates, Start reno, wedding, start business etc etc) cannot use tong shu to select. Tong Shu gives only generic dates only and based on animals zodiac signs...not accurate and insufficient

Here are some general tong shu dates:
- 07/05, 22/05, 12/06, 18/06, 12/11, 19/11, 3/12
Rest of the weekends are either not general tong shu dates or clashes to you/your parents etc.

It doesn't matter what your parents horoscopes are.
So long as both your zodiac signs are not Dog, then it will be ok to do it in 2012. If one of you are born dog year, then ideally it should not be done in 2012.

No you can't. Within 3 months of her wedding, by right she should not attend other's wedding. ROM is also a "Red Event" or "Auspicious Event", hence the rule should by right follow
If she don't believe and want to come, it will not harm or impact you, but she will get the bad luck (a chinese belief...)

As much as i want to help you in the area of general good dates for year 2012, the Tong Shu for 2012 is not out yet, so i will not know or be able to select general Tong Shu auspicious date for wedding for 2012 yet. Right now, the only way and also the right and accurate way of doing it will be using Bazi to select dates. FYI, a date reflected auspicious in the Tong Shu may still be bad for both of you if the date chosen is not compatible wtih both your Bazi.
As for Bazi wedding dates selection, it is part of my consultation service to my clients, hence i can't provide it here free in the forum or it will be unfair to my clients who paid for my service. Hope you understand.
If you have any particular date in mind, just post it here. I can advise you if it is a bad day as there are some days that are definitely bad and cannot be used for marriage; and some days that will clash to either of you or your parents, so cannot be used as well.

If weekends, the closest date will be 30th Oct 2011 where you can do both together. Else you might have to split to do on different days if you want a nearer date to your wedding

For Oct, here are some general good dates:
