If clash to parents, it is not good for the relationship between you and your parents after marriage. Hence by right you cannot choose a day that clash with them. U cannotdo anything to avoid it. This is astrology. Those superstitious thingy cannot resolve the problem.

16th jan 2011 is a super bad date, avoid at all costs.
13th Feb 2011 does not clash to any of you (clash Snake). However, need to wait for tong shu to be out to see if it is an auspicious date. Now cannot tell yet unless use Bazi to calculate.

I saw on some of ur posts that u can advise if some dates in 2011 ia a super bad date for wedding. E.g. U mentioned June 19 2011 is not a day meant for wedding purpose. I don't select a date using a tong shu. It is inaccurate. However, everyday has a purpose and this is in the tong shu as well. And we have a system or formula to plot this out, so i know which day is not good, hence i will not advise using these days. But this is the first layer of analysis only.
13th Feb is not a bad day by default, But when tong shu is out, it can still list it as bad. Only way to use this date will be to check that both your bazi fits this day.

Yes you need a good date & time for it, It cannot clash to anyone, ideally
btw there is no reason to choose one that clash coz you can change the date anytime and there is no need to bookanything for this

Yes you are born in Rooster yr, 100% rooster
And yes, for those born Rooster yr, 2011 Rabbit will clash Rooster, hence 2012 will be better (provided your bf is not born in Dog yr)

For the good dates, i can't give coz right now, the tong shu is not out yet and i have to use your bazi to determine if the dates are good or bad for both of you. Dates that are not bad doesn't mean that they can be used for marriage. I can't give these so call "not bad" dates coz it could turn out to be a very bad date for your.
If you are looking at general tong shu dates only, we will have to wait for it to be out first in July/Aug period.

Currently im mouring for my paternal grandma for 1 year. I only can do AD after the 1 yr,
can we proceed with ROM ( after 100 days or before the 1 yr?)
During this period, can we do the preparation like gown selection, venue scouting etc and photoshooting?

Hi Sheryl,
ROM is still considered a form of marriage and is a "red event", hence you still have to do it within 100 days or after 1 year.
However, during this period, you can do all your wedding preps, no problem with it.

These days are all in the 7th lunar month. Normally due to superstitious reasons, most couples choose not to get married during this period. U may want to check with your parents if they are ok with it first coz most parents will object to it
If possible, do it in Sept after 7th month.

Hi Nat,
Yes some long as the deceased is your immediate family members (parents and grandparents). This is a mark of respect for the deceased and is our chinese belief/culture to do that (not that you will suffer bad luck etc).
