hi <font color="aa00aa">LiLacz</font>,
i've oni tried banana milkshake before.

For the following ingredients,
1 banana (Del Monte type)
3/4 glass of milk

Blend the milk and banana in your blender (not juice extractor), and voila, you'll get about 2 glasses of banana milkshake.

Hi,
I'm new here... i just made tiramisu last week but the cheese was too soft even thou i left it in the fridge for 24 hrs b4 cutting.

Anyone has any idea how to make the cheese slightly harder? (e.g is it due to the eggs, the beating, etc?)

hi <font color="119911">ninikiki</font>,
i think it's the beating. try not to beat the mixture for too long, esp the cheese, if not, the tiramisu will be v soft.

hi gals,
just wanted to share this recipe with u all. Made this last weekend and it was hit with my friends...

Bacon roll with bean curd and crab meat
- Bacon strips from supermarket
- fish paste
- firm bean curd (cut into strips)
- crab meat (cut into strips)

1) Spread fish paste on each bacon strip
2) Take one bean curd strip and crab meat strip and place them on the edge of the bacon (with the fish paste) and roll it, secure with a toothpick.
3) Grill it in the oven.

push the toothpick from one side to the other, making sure that it goes thru the bean curd and crab meat, holding them together. Hope that explains it.

Making it this weekend, hopefully can take a pic of it.
