Hi, not sure if this thread is still active.

Would like to get some feedback.

Would you pay $40 for a 2hr demo cooking class on nonya food? This would also include the recipe and food from various dishes cooked. E.g. Sambal brinjal, assam fish, chicken curry, nasi kuning. Or do you think $40 is overpriced? This cooking class is conducted in someone's home and not a fancy culinary school.

    Thanks

This cranberry-glazed chicken dish is a family favorite and so easy. It's just 5 ingredients (not including salt and pepper). The trick to this dish is to sauté the chicken breasts and then deglaze the pan with the cranberry mixture. Here’s another tip: if you have leftovers, put the chicken in a corn or flour tortilla (or a lettuce leaf if you really want to keep it healthy) and pack it for a nutritious lunch.

    Ingredients

    4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
    ¾ cup whole cranberry sauce
    ¼ cup apricot jam
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
