Hi ladies,
Sorry for not posting anything for sometime now... Reason being that my wed is still sometime away... sept2005...
Mmmm... seems like this thread is not as flowy as b4. I think that's bcos most of u have already had ur weddings...
Looks like I may not have my wed at Chevrons. FH really don't like it, as he's a RSAF personnel, too common for him & fellow colleagues to be there... (The "huh! Chevron again kind of remarks") Actually I do agree wif him, but my initial thought of Chevron is that their price is reasonable & the ambience is fine for me... heehee... we got quite a tight budget.... He suggested to have a high tea recept thingy @ a hotel instead... I strongly agree wif him now as High tea is more affordable & it helps us to cut down on stress, time, & costs... esp when we do away wif church ceremony & banquet dinner... still can have the best of both worlds... solomnisation & thereafter food @ tea recept.... Any suggestions & comments from u ladies??? Quite disappointed that I can't really find tea recept related topics in tis forum....
Though we r pretty sure of our decision now, we r having difficulty convincing my FH's parents esp. his dad, who insists of having a tranditional wed dinner banquet... quite stressful now... sob sob... anyone can help???
