hiya, the main idea here is to protect non smokers who are within short dist of the smokers lar...those yellow boxes drawn are usually at one corner lor..so non smokers will not go near tat area lar..
as for tourist..those ang moh hor, their countries smoking ban even more strict den us, so think its fine..but for those china pple etc, haha..dunno how liao also
