Erm...I'm a large ger with giantic frame (big shoulders and all). So willit be suitable for me to use duchess satin for my WG?
My bridal shop recommends this & says that i will not look fat in it... any1 using this material as for their WG? Need advise

Dear Sept 03 Bride,

I used duchesse satin for my WG skirt; I even wore a can-can underneathe! No worries at all! It's all in the cutting, not so much the fabric. If I, a size 20 bride, look ok, why should you worry?

I scout ard for magazines 4 d designs tt i like n then tell Baochun (Seletar Broadway) what I want. She redesigns again n show me if ok. Not exactly d same due to the extensive beadings on the original, other than that, the rest r similar. Same for EG. Quite a pity tt there are no full-length photos of me in both my WG n EG.

Will try to take a couple on actual day.

Although you are big, you have a beautiful look. For me, I am big and have big breast area and I am short and not nice looking. I particularly like the blue gown (in your PS) of yours, very unique and look nice on you. Actually I can tell that you are quite fair too, right? So the maroon and blue color suits you very well. I also like the other greyish blue color(i think), the one with spagahetti strip, look sexy on you.

Hi icy, thank you for the nice compliments and my dear girl, don't think of yourself as not nice looking, every person has their own beauty, I am sure on your wedding, you will be 'mei mei'. I too have a problem with my chest area and had alot of headache with the gown designs, somehow with much help from those americah bridal magazines, my mom who was also my personal wedding consultant and also my number 1 bridal designer, Danial from Allure Charix Couture, eveything came out really well.

thank you for the encouragement. I have went for my gown selection already and during the selection, almost all the gowns can't fit me nicely, cannot zip up. So I have to MTM my gowns.
