Hi Yvonne, ya I spent alot in slimming dalon like LWM n MF too total abt 15k , others smaller amt one still not counted lo. They use machine and cream mostly lost water nia ): then so pushy ): as for me the acupuncture program I tried need to be more determine (=

Is located at marine parade central,maybe she afraid you go on your own? Because that time the consultant who fat ger recommended me, told me that they are too packed with their schedule so need to pre-book one.
Anyway you can go take alook ba and understand, no harm because they never do hardsell. I went home and consider before i take up the program. Anyway i also lost 12KG and my friend who is in the program lost 18KG.

My consultant very nice de, she always care about me and those frds who on program .
ya they nvr force me or my frds to buy extra thing on every visit de. Not like slimming salon , so scary !
Anyway good luck ! And to all the new slimming frds who still on program like lina, wendy, Eunice, Amanda , belle etc , wish you gals slim down and maintain long long ! Heeee

Halo jun, think i saw your email ,for my frd she lost 12kg in 3 months program. I took longer time like 4 mth plus to shed off 17kg
But it is better to go for fat analysis and let my consultant to chk on your body first ba . Then they will advise de, Maybe u no need to lose so much fat ? They got few pkges one, I think only consultant able to advise ba

Hi junio, my target is 12-13kg, i took up 3 months program. actually my colleague was on same program on 1 year ago too she took around 3 months to lose 11-12kg

i used to be on doc pill and lost liek 30kg.. and gain back 10 plus due to eating ice cream in a daily basis and eat pill again and lose again.. and then maintain myself an exercise..
However, now i have alot of stretch marks and flabby arm and legs.. But i still need to lose for another 10kg at least..
but i need to remove this flabbyness..
Will acupuncture help? Roughly how much will it cost?

hmm when i slim down my body not flabby cos i lost fat not muscle (in fact i gained near to 1kg of muscle in program)
of course also not as tone as those sporty ppl la.
last time when i took the slimming pills i slim down few kg and bounce back too after i stopped the pills and eat normal. i think tt time lost more muscle ba, cos im flabby too, my consultant told me if not enough muscle more fat will look flabby and easy to gain back. that's why she focus on the fat loss not weight.

just to add on, there is no easy way of slimming, need determination and cannot be too lazy too. with a good program , certain effort is needed.

yes jasmine i very agree with what u said, when consultant willing to help on the program , just try our best to follow and dont alwasy skip session or review.

Hi Yvonne, first review was 2 weeks after program started. I rmb my result was almost 4 kg loss. Some of my frds saw abt 2nd averagely. I think have to see size and amount of fat la. My slimming Frd that days told me when she was there for treatment there was a lady lost 7kg at first review but very big size.

i lost 14kg and thanks to some maintenance guide from jasmine, i managed to maitain slim body until now. quite easy
