1. YOU’LL FIRST NEED TO APPLY FOR THE NOTICE OF MARRIAGE
You can do so online at the Registry of Marriages website, or at the web kiosks located at ROM. Take note that it has to be applied at least 21 days and up to 3 months before the date of solemnisation. Click here to check on the earliest and latest date to file a Notice of Marriage.
2. BEFORE FILLING, PREPARE THESE:
- NRIC or Passport of the groom, bride, and 2 witnesses above 21 years of age
- Solemnisation date, time, and the full address of the venue
- Consent Form signed by a solemniser
- Credit card
You can look through ROM’s list of Licensed Solemnisers here. After that you’ll need to print and fill out the Solemniser Consent Form for your chosen Solemniser to sign.
