Where to find bridesmaids dresses?

Dear brides,

I am having quite a bit of trouble finding bridesmaids dresses! I have 8 of them with who live in different countries so tailoring it is out of the question. Also have a budget constraint. Where do you girls normally go to buy dresses? Also, do you think long or short dresses nicer? I'm not sure how much to spend on each dress also, cos i'm scared the dress may look cheap.. Pls help thankx a lot!

Hi kris,

I would suggest having a convertible dress for them.
You can pre-order them online.

However, I will not be getting those for my bridesmaids as they can be really heavy and troublesome to tie, if ya full figured.

Ya one of my girls are on the bigger side of things so she won't look good in those kinda convertible dress. What are you gonna get for your brideamaids then?

I choose short dress for my bridesmaid. Because on tht day thy will be busy helping u & take care of u....and not busy wth their long dresses ^_^

My girls also choose short dresses... Some of them are fuller figure but i planning to get from taobao as they have various sizes till XL..

ah that make sense.. but have seen all these pictures online where bridesmaids are wearing long dresses and thought look very classy! anyway so how much are you all spending on each dress?

they can match by colour.... i think ultimately is whether your bridesmaid will feel comfortable and happy in what they wear, afterall, they're going to be helping you the whole day.

I bought dresses from intoxiquette before.. material is not too bad. If bulk purchase, will there be better disc? My budget is also about $30 per person. Wedding in Oct. One of my bridesmaids are on the fuller side too.

I have clothes from dressabelle and ever tot of ordering bridesmaid dresses for my wedding in oct. Dressabelle clothes that i have are generally ok for the material. At least i find it quite thick? Heh

Hi!! My wedding is on 28 nov. I'm thinking of buying from intoxiquette too! Perhaps we can get cheaper if we buy in bulk?

You can try taobao or aliexpress. I got mine from Aliexpress. Ordered one piece to check quality and sizing first, then ordered the rest.
