I went to the roadshow on saturday too... but stay only a while... went to talk to my BS ... do last min sourcing for outdoor photoshoot... they having the terminal 3 pics ...

but i din get to see the OCC... i think my eyes shoot bird.. keke

heehee... yes.. i having indoor PS on 28 March... hopefully it dun rain then i can head out for fullerton ... =)

it cost me $45... simple design.. not as much as yours... cos i cannot shape to squarish nails... cut too short... lol... but overall is simple and sweet... i just hope it will last till friday.... i very rough... keep scratchin on the nails... grrr...

i forgot to ask wor... if one of my nail art drop off.. can esther just fix the one nail itself? or have to redo the whole nail art harrr?

Just wanna ask, how long ago will OCC assigned an event planner to you?
My wedding date is 14th Dec 08...
Till now, I have yet to see any letter or receive any call from them...

Just wondering.. Heehee..

Have you sign n return them ur contract yet? My EO had emailed me ard 1 wk aft we return the contract, mayb u wanna call them directly to get more information.

mmm.. mine was Selina.. she was much much helpful and better la.. Mmm.. i should say she was very good... hehe. coz i dunno abt Serene though.. But selina is very experienced at OCC liaoz...

Emily is mine EO.. She's good.. dun worry. she should be contacting u soon.. she contacted me within 3 days of us sending the contract back.. maybe coz i pestered Selina n asked who's taking over.. so she told me Emily. and the next day, Emily emailed us liaoz... she's very nice gal.. no worries. u are in good hands.. :P

Rachel> rach has two session: one indoor and one outdoor. Her package has more photos that is why the PS split into two days if I remember correctly :o)

Rachel, no worry le. i booked mine in Jan tis yr. u will b suprise ppl had book their venue since last yr Nov for 2009 wedding le. so BTB in 2009 really act fast (2yrs in advance) hehe..

for my AD 26 dec 09 is a popular date (long wkend aft christmas). most of them already confirm the venue too, only left 2BTB still sourcing for venue.

Was reading about the comments here, quite relieved that OCC has such a good response.

Was wondering what should I look out for once I have confirmed to take up in 2 weeks time?

Like extra rooms stay, free flow beer or no. of red wines can be given, or waiver of corkage charge for bottles opened... if there's anything u need, try to ask for it..

Rachel,hehe.. 2009 is a gd yr for wedding. so most ppl become very KS to get their wanted venue. OCC is my 1st choice, so me too KS n worry will b taken up by other (cos only 1 grand room). yup yup! confirm my BS also le, mine is BC. u got ur le mah?

Dianna, wat else did u request from them? when is ur wedding? hmm.. i tik OCC will tend to giv in for extra room or helper room more on wkday wedding de. cos i had talk to them earlier, their no of room is quiet little de. but no harm trying for it. gd luck!! ;)

Piggylover, wedding date tentatively on 20-09-2009, at the Grand Ballroom. FILs are saying that i might have to bring forward the wedding to this year, as they heard that zodiac of rooster not suitable to get married in 2009. Well, waiting for their gd news as 20-09 is also my birthday.

Mine is a weekend, and also a PH day. Haha, and i don need extra room bah, find it useless and wasteful since my wedding is an afternoon event instead of night.

I actually asked from them free beer, bridal suite (can upgrade to Presidential Suite, add in abit more $$), free anniversary stay at their Deluxe Suite, ROM will be held at the Jade Suite, etc which i don't get initially when i chose the Sapphire Suite. More to negotiate still. =)

Rachel, OCC is also my FH only and first choice. =)
 
Rachel, 16 Jan 09 is a popular date for wedding. my gd frez is having her and my FH boy frez is also fall on same date. he is getting OCC function room too.

OCC top choice for my FH & me too. hehe.. i like the ballroom very much & he wanted nice chinese food quality which OCC is a combination of both which hotel may not be able to provide, no doubt hotel will tend to giv in more peak.

yes, saw BZ work during last yr wedding road show in MS. nearly sign up with them too. their pkg are really temping as compare to other BS. my frez highly recommended BC to us and saw her wedding photo too, so ended with BC now. hehe..

cos wanted to hav ROM in the room in noon time, due to too rush from my morning session and nt able to check in too early. tis gotta to cancel already. but im still considering either to hav in the function room beside jade suite or do it on stage after our 1st march-in. FH prefer the 1st ideal but i prefer the 2nd, mayb by den will decide which is better.

I signed my bridal package with BZ for $2988, with 1 MTM...
Both my FH and me are attracted to BZ by their photographs.. Hence, we didn't really do lots of shopping for bridal package... And what they offered is quite good.. ;)

I have fix both my WG & EG... Really very excited..Can't wait to see my EG... haha... But gotta cut down on my weight... Too fat now to look nice on gowns.. haha...

When will be going for your gown fitting?
