Moving On...please advise

husband finally say he cannot work on the marriage.. i would like to know if i can
*since we have a condo together but with his mom name included*

1) take my share and half of his
2) i am not working, can i take my son with me since he say sorry that he let me and ds down
3) any advise would be good

i am just numb and in pain but i know since he made the choice, i have to pack... i will keep my tears now and learn to be stronger for son. he have always lead a good life with his dad.

1. You can make claim on up to half of his share of joint assets but how much you'll be awarded depends on many factors.

2. These days the Court usually awards joint custody with care and control given to the woman and the man will have access to the child regularly. But do spare some thoughts over the interests of your child - who would be better able to take care of the needs (not just financial aspect) of the child?

3. Consult a lawyer. Please also talk out the terms with your husband and try to settle the divorce amicably.
