Hi TC

For start reno and move in dates, I have to go down to your new house to measure the house direction in order to calculate the dates. The date selected got to match the occupants bazi and the house direction. This is the right and only way to do it to ensure the bad qi in the house are not accidentally and cause harm to occupants. In technical terms, this method is call Xuan Kong Da Gua Date Selection.

If just using tong shu, might as well don't choose and choose any date coz it is the same. the tong shu don't factor in the house direction, hence totally inaccurate. Hope you get what i trying to say

I have in mind a date which is 6th of July 2012.  Is it a good date?  I understand that you have replied to Hong Zishan some general good dates and one of them is 6th July 2012.
Because of my parents, they like to meddle in selection of my wedding dates but after looking at your replies to all of us here.  I know you really come all out to help us.
To be exact, my parents' geomancer says that 6th July 2012 is what ＂煞入中宫＂..

I have repeatedly told my parents that this date is a good date as told by a reputable Master in the forum.

I'm so angry with my parents now.

Do you need lunar birthday for both side parents (inlcuding stepmum as the groom mum deceased) and groom & bride?
Do you need the time of birth for all parties?
Do you need to provide bro/sis & bro/sis in law information?

if the groom mum deceased, do you need her detail?

Hi Decove

This is a general tong shu good date for wedding. If none of you /parents are born Dog yr, then ok to use if u looking at general dates only. That day clash to Dog.

That day is a San Yang Sha day. To me, this is not authentic feng shui date selection techniques but more of a chinese superstition, hence usually i don't regard it in my date selection, unless parents specifically says so, so i just have to do it to please them. But in real feng shui, this is negligible.

Hence i guess in one way or another, you still have to please your parents if they don't like that day

4.1 Range of dates you want to consider: (Eg, June 2011 to September 2011)

yes 2013 is a snake yr and groom is born Pig yr, hence bad for wedding

2014 horse yr will clash to bride (Rat), hence you will have to do it in 2012, else will have to wait till 2015!

Yes no problem. for feng shui, most important is the location of the bed within the bedroom and the direction it faces. this will affect health and career.

Either yr is fine as it doesn't clash to both of you. To check which is a better year, will have to decide by checking both your bazi.

You can do an chuang on 15th Feb 2012

There are no good Guo Da li dates in feb for you (after CNY and before 18th), hence earliest will be in Jan before CNY, which is on 10th Jan 2012 (can't find weekend dates as either not general gd date or clashes to your).
