Joyden hall. Anyone had the banquet there b4?

My fiancé and I are sourcing for wedding banquet venue and joyden hall is one of our consideration.

Can anyone share their experiences/reviews and joyden hall wedding packages info with us for reference.

My fiance and I changed upon joyden hall and it looks so unconventional beautiful! I like the black wall drapes.. I
We have plenty of ideas to doll up the place already. So much possibility.

Can someone send us their package? Would greatly appreciate it. We are looking to hold our wedding in end 2016.

Held a wedding dinner at Joyden Hall on 6th January 2017.

We chose Joyden Hall as comments on the food was nice - feedbacks from friends who held their wedding there. But these good efforts are put down to drain by some of the events that night and after.

Firstly , our guests and relatives feedback that the whole wedding was like dining in a speedboat. Serving and clearing of dishes are too fast. Our bridesmaids and grooms do not even have time to have their dinner as they are helping us out all the way.

Secondly, Customer Service. It is not very polite when the food servers keep chasing to clear the tables when some of my guests already ask them to wait. The servers did offered to change to a smaller plate for my guests, but after 10min, the server ask again to clear the small plate as well. What is the use of changing the dish to a small plate when you are about to clear it after 10min?
They certainly needs more training to handle these situations.

The entire event ended at approximately 10.30pm but all food served at 10pm. I believe even the event ends at 11pm there is still trains and buses available for the part-timers to go back home.

Thirdly, the after service after payment was made. We forward our feedbacks to the event manager concerned and he promised to get back to us within 3 working days but to no avail. It has already been a week since he has last gotten back to us.

For who is the next wedding couple:
1) ask your bestmen and bridesmaids to ask around how was the food and service before make pymt. They won't care bout customer unpleasant experience after pymt is made.

2) not only late reply when you email them for the quote, even you have signed up the package, or one week before the wedding, the event manager Mr Ling never reply promptly as well.

3) my relative and friends from Malaysia, Macau, HK and TW mentioned to me this is the most rushing wedding dinner they had. My guests not even have time to drop hi to another guest at another table due to food serve and clear too fast, guest not even able to enjoy the food as well especially who came with children. After they feed their children food was force to clear.

Kindly get help from bestmen and bridesmaid to highlight wedding couple, if they too fast, get the wedding couple to warning the event manager due to bridesmaid informed me that she informed the event manager (Malay) everything was too rush, but get ignored.
