How did you shortlist your ROM luncheon venue?

Hey ladies. I just started planning my ROM and lunch reception recently (my ROM date is 16/06/2017) and I'm trying to shortlist venues, but feeling so lost! I'm estimating 60 pax, but also mindful that it's a Friday, so need to keep the venue "central" and easily accessible.

I have spotted a couple of locations I thought would be really nice (and can do a long table setting):

1. Empress at the ACM
2. AURA
3. 1-Altitude

I liked Empress because it has a sort-of Chinese menu and the restaurant looks beautiful, but haven't found many photos of the place used for weddings online. Anyone held their wedding there?

Just wanted to hear if any brides have stories to share on how they decided on their venue!
