What to use the solemnization venue/decos for if you are doing ROM ahead of wedding lunch?

Hi all

Because of resales flat purchase, my partner and I will be doing ROM this year (HDB requires us to produce ROM cert upon purchase)but our wedding lunch is next year.

The banquet venue we chose has a really pretty place/section on another floor that they use for couples for solemnization (it's part of our package) and we couldn't negotiate to switch it to some other perks.

I am wondering if there are any ideas or suggestions what to use the space (originally meant for solemnization, it is a small outdoor section on a different floor in same building as the banquet) for? (So as not to waste it! It's pretty)

Because of resales therefore needed get the marriage cert too

Just that for the wedding (actual day) banquet venue, they actually also have included solemnization site (it's a hotel, banquet in a ballroom but with a nice outdoor portion designated for the solemnization already included into the package) so I was wondering what alternative can I use this site for?

Does it has to be on the same day? If not, maybe can sell away? Or you can consider arranging photobooth and pre cocktail inside.

The thing comes as a package
So unable to sell a portion away sort

But photobooth and precocktail sounds like great ideas!

but you mentioned you will be doing your rom this year right? they can't let you use them beforehand? not able to nego? or you already book your rom? where are you holding it and which date?

Don't think they allow us to use it for ROM this year, since it is separate date from actual wedding!
I have not booked ROM date and solemnizer yet
Aiming towards next half of year
