Hi, just had my solemnisation and wedding dinner at HFC last week (10 Dec 15). Food generally acceptable with sufficient serving for table of 10. Service wise, acceptable and they are pretty prompt and helpful with our requests. Although there were some minor issues (my laptop and wet weather), the staff managed to resolved for us.
Also, there is this Uncle Lee (Banquet) that served the VIP tables and help out during the tea ceremony. A very experience d banquet staff that offer butler-like services, even helping my wife with her long train.
Overall, the team managed to make our wedding a wonderful
success.

Thanks for your reply and congrats on you bid day! So far Fort Canning have the date that I wanted for my wedding. Did you have lunch or dinner there? Mind to share the package? I'm arranging to meet them up this week.

Food was not bad (received quite alot of positive review). Staff was pretty helpful. service was good.
had a minior issue ( we requested for the bird cage deco during my solemnisation but they forgot about it, good thing was that they compensate me with one cartons of wine)
overall was good!

Hey yans, congrats to you! Wanna ask did you actually top up the menu and with a ROM package?
hi Berricious, nope i did not top for munu (we just want to save as much as possible, afterall, it was just a lunch bouquet). we didnt had the ROM package, basically we booked the garden Terrence for our stigmatization, and the lunch bouquet package , that all. My coordinator was Cindy and she was really patient, active and nice overall.
