Dinner Reception, can be changed to Lunch if you want, no cost difference. Lunch has 1 less dish though.
Bought during their wedding showcase and had managed to negotiate the following:
- Min 15 tables instead of 22 tables for use of Carlton Hall (The moment lift opens at L2, whole place is yours. No need scared other people come disturb)
- No corkage fees for duty paid liquor & wine
- Free flow soft drinks, mixers, beer during reception
- Free 1 bottle of wine per confirmed table PLUS 10 bottles
- Pre-event snacks/canapes
- Free food tasting for 10 pax, any day also ok!
- Free photobooth backdrop
- Carpark coupon for 35% of confirmed guests
- Wedding invited for 70% of confirmed guests, excluding printing of inserts
- Wedding favours
- Pre-event snacks for couple
- 1 night stay in deluxe honeymoon suite (can either +1 more night OR +1 room for helpers)
- Usage of Function Room (Top of York) for Tea Ceremony (1hr, but can ask for more if you want to use it for ROM as well)
I had booked 21 June 2025, but dates can still be changed as long as available. Can be extended until September 2025.
Had paid $5000 deposit.
