Just want to know, what do guys even think when he starts to show signs of betrayal towards the girl?

Will he feel guilty? When he is in love with his girl, but still, he goes online searching for girls to make friends with. When he is going overseas, he even tries to make friends with those overseas, hoping to be able to meet up in overseas. Just unsure if he has already physcially betrayed his girl.
