Conrad Centennial Singapore


hi there.. anyone can share with me scarlet theme? am keen to consider conrad for this theme..want to see if it will look too dark for scarlet theme..thanks!

Hi all btb,

I have heard that Conrad give 1 barrel (30 litre) of beer free and for any extra barrel to be opened will be charged at 700++??

Can anyone confirm or know anything about this?

Hi yes it is...free 1 barrel.

hmm i know from my beverage list price for 2009 its 688++ for the extra barrel.

im a btb dec 2010! really late but all the other sats taken up..sigh.

but i really quite like conrad! hopefully all will go well.
 
Hi, for those whose coordinator is Janice, do you guys have a hard time getting hold of her? Have been trying to call her to make an appointment so that we can go down to make our deposit, but she is always in a meeting, and does not return our call, despite leaving messages for her to do so.

Emails sent was not replied as well. Any other coordinators to recommend?

Thanks! Really need some advice here, as though a tentative booking has been made for our day, our deposit is not made yet.

wend> janice is my coordinator and its quite strange to know you have such experience...cos so far mine has been positive and she replies emails promptly..you might want to try emailing

Hi there! Glad to see many positive feedback about Conrad. I just signed my agreement with them yesterday. Coordinator is Eng Yan. She is great and flexible with our request. My husband and I are very satisfied with her service. So far no complaints.

my coordinator is Catherine, but I think she's the catering director now. Best coordinator I ever met.
She's the reason we took Conrad.
But i think she is not hands on anymore, every email will be forwarded to Clarabelle.
She replies super fast, although the other staffs are slow to response.

Has anyone got the pictures of flower selection for the table setting?

I am a Oct 2010 bride to be. HTB and I went to Conrad yesterday evening met up with Benedicte. Quite happy with her service. Considering a few other hotels too....

For those of who have already signed with Conrad, mind to share what are the perks that they are offering you in your package?
 
Just confirmed Conrad too!!! mine is going to be in dec 2010. did quite a number of comparisions before finally settling on conrad. My coordinator is Benedicte and must say that her service so far has been excellent. The perks given were also more competitive as compared to other 5 star hotels.

I am planning a lunch so I think the dates are still ok for year-end if I book now.
Am more into comparing the price and perks because dates for me are pretty flexible.

i have checked with my coordinator and she mentioned that there will be changes to the dinner menu but things are still firming up and will roll out the new menu sometime mid of 2010.
i asked if we wan back the "old" menu wld it be possible? My coordinator said can be explored. As for the theme i asked, she said no change as of now. Hope this helps.

Conrad caters for poolside solemnisation, but not sure if you are talking about lunch or dinner.

You may wish to check out with the coordinators.
 
sorry for the late reply. Have gotten food tasting for 10, 2 nights stay, waiver of corkage for wine as well, helpers room.

Just 1 thing that bothers me was i got to pay for the lcd projector cause they've started outsourcing and cant include it inside their package.

anyone gotten frr printing of invitation cards for all they confirmed guests?

wa.. u got a better deal than me. i only have food tasting for 8 on a weekday (Mon-thurs). Is ur food tasting on weekend? projectors also not included inside the deal. Also no free printing. U have ah?
 
Hi Jessy , mine is also on weekday. no free printing as well. didnt think of asking for it so just wanted to check if anyone else got it. cause i've got the draft contract from Conrad and will be signing it next week.

Their package will be charging me S$450 per unit. but dun think i'll be getting from them. will be getting from my company instead but Benedicte was nice enough to ensure me that she'll get a relevant personel to trial test for me and to look after the unit during the actual dinner just in case something crops up.
