hallo all, i have also booked with conrad for late next year. the package is as per above. janice is my coordinator and yes she is new to the team. however i felt that blur as she maybe with regards to the hotel's operations, she maintains her service levels and is still able to dispense advice to me, that i find useful.
Compared to other coordinators whom i had a hard time understanding my requirements and working out with me to meet it, they/she won me over. i mean old birds can also be difficult to deal with too, yeah?
in terms of food, is it a question of taste or an issue of quality of ingredients? if its the former, then it is highly subjective. If it is the latter then yes, often higher priced menus would have better ingredients lar.
you will need to prioritise which is more important to you- ambience, exclusivity, food, taste, value for money, perks, tall ceilings, pillarless etc. can't be 1 hotel that has everything right?
to us, we were won over by their service. Tap back on your previous experiences on weddings and perhaps that will help. i have had missing waitresses, bland food, rushed program etc etc. is it the guest who gives angpow who is more important, or the feel of yourself walking down more important?
actually i thought the more famed places, usually the food is not as nice haha.
hope it helps above.
