JL, sorrie, cant help u coz i never cooked ABC soup before. carrot is very sweet when cooked in soup. maybe add less the next time? i think potato should be cooked last as it will absorb all the saltiness in the soup.

sch, how long was your fish kept? if less than 1 wk, still can steam. otherwise, best to cook chilli sauce to keep the smell out.
my dining table is tempered glass top but we add one more layer of clear plastic protector sheet. so the newspaper will stain tat sheet lor.
yest, my FIL went fishing and brought back a 6kg fish.
