Hi chinleng,
wat happened to the thread "Miserable" under Matter of heart. I didnt surt net for 2 days and now its gone....thankx
 
chin leng, i noticed that the time of posting is always 20 min faster than my actual current time... Like now, my time is 4:04... but the post is recorded as 4:24... is there a mistake?

Hi Jenjen,

As Angelia has correctly stated, the posting time was based on the server time. Unlike a quartz watch or clock, server time is based on the clock speed of the CPU which is not as accurate as a quartz watch.

We've adjusted the server time on Sunday morning. This may be why Angelia's time difference of the posting time is only 5 min now while yours was 20 mins last week.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused and we'll take note of the server time and make the adjustments when necessary.

One suggestion - When I select option to view messages in the last 12 / 24 or 72 hrs, it shows me the full expanded list. The list gets very very long. Can it be programed to show only the folder. If the reader is keen, he/she can click on it to expand and read the various topics?

Hi Pebs,

Thank you for your suggestion. We've actually tested out the option (behind the scene). However, as all the folders are not expanded, the user would need to click on each individual topics to see the new messages in each folder. If a user is interested in 3 topics, the user would need to click on 3 different individual folder to see the new messages after each time 12/24/72 hours option is clicked. We felt that this option maybe less convenient and requires a lot more 'clicks' by the user.

We are currently working on other solutions to reduce the length of the 12/24/72 hours page.

We may be introducing the last 3 hours result page. That way, a regular user can choose to use last 12 hours result page first. After which, the user can use the last 3 hours result page and the length should be greatly reduced.
