Annulment - considered as 1st or 2nd applicant?

Hi, I have a question: I have one friend who was once married and bought a house together with his ex. However, 1 year later they proceeded to an annulment. During their marriage, they had bought a house which has been sold off after the annulment. Now, he is planning to buy another house with his current fiance. Does anyone know if he will be considered as a first time applicant or a second time applicant? Tnx!

Margret,

The friend already applied once and got the flat, what you expect HDB to reply?

"Oh, you are a first timer... with our HDB flat, and you sold it off!"

Hey, come on~

She wrote sold not returned. Would assume this should be considered 2nd time. Annulment didn't mean they can't sell their flat esp cases like them where they annulled 1yr later which means they might have collected keys and stayed there for a certain period.
