Acupuncture - Slimming??

Hi hi jasmine, you know what, my friend gave me same contact as you gave too. she lost about 12kg then we realised she is your slimmnig frd too. lol. her name is grace.
such a small world.

anyway went down to see your consultant on last wednesday, i've took up 3 months package. will work harder

just back from 1st review, happy! i had lost about 3kg of fat but loose 0.2kg of muscle but consultant say it is normal and my result is very positive. my inches loss quite good too. friends and colleague start to comment that i slim down. especially my face and tummy, hips area.
i will gambatteh!

u gained how much after give birth? for me i lost abt 17kg cos had too much fat to lose.
i have few colleagues & my own SIL also went there slimming after give birth too but if im not wrong need to see condition one. it is better to go for consultation with my consultant then let them advise lo

Hehe,is a girl. I've gained 15kg since pregnant. After give birth, my weight still not yet resume.. Hiaz. I need to reduce at least 12-15kg.

is the shake nice to drink?? think must hv determination for the initial 2 weeks of detox...what happens after the 2 weeks??

i dunno how much fat i hv...but most prob has to drop 10 to 13kg.

i had completed my acupuncture programe le! soooo happy! i total lost about 14kg and i can wear S size clothes now.

hi, i just joined the program. today first day of detox. hope i can tahan ba. was set a target of 12kg. ha my muscles are normal. just need to lose the fats. probably that's the thing that's causing my high cholesterol.

Hello all, just to share with u gals since i started this program i have lost 10KG of fats in 10 weeks time. I am still going on with this program and 4 KG more to my ideal weight of 50KG.. hehe:P

I used to join Marie France and LWM and spent near to 5K but it is not effective and my weight bounce back. Everytime they just measure my water loss not my body fats

I am glad i made the right choice to join this progam that always take my body fats which is the more important than our body water.

For my case, i suppose to lose 14KG bcos of my height and frame. I have small frame and my ideal weight is 50KG. So Now i am 54Kg still have 4KG to go. Anyway, no worries about your weight. U can make it as long u are determine

Halo Donna, actually me and Lina did recommended you our program and consultant to you in another thread but think you didn't see bah, as for me I lost about 17kg and maintain for 1 year plus le, and Lina lost abt 10 kg so far and she still on program now. By the way Congrats! Wow your rom is soon! When is your PS and AD? Don't worry , if it is AD , the gown can alter after you slim down as long as you confirm the fitting in 2 weeks advance
 
hi jasmine, i had met up with your consultation and had a wonderful analysis & checking session. my total body fat is 24kg and i need to lose at least 13kg of fat and my muscle is alright, she said need to maintain it will do.

joined program on september, so far had lost about 13kg and i still have 4-5kg to go as i set jasmine as my target

very happy and i able to enjoy this year xmas with happy mood and slim body. my friends and families has comment that i slim slim now.

Hey peeps, I know of a wellness/slimming centre that has pretty good feedback which uses dieting and acupuncture. How it works is they will do an inbody analysis on you and give u a full report on what is a healthy and desired weight and figure for you and suggest a suitable program. When i tried they were very pleasant and not pushy. I have a friend who lost 45 kg total after going through their programme. There are other testimonials as well.
