Acne on back

Hi ladies

Any ladies have any remedies for acne on back?
I need help desperately as I am having serious acne on back and face.

I tried all sorts of methods from seeing doc, facial, mask n pills but not useful

Hope you ladies can share w me the solution.

last time i had acne probs i just stayed away from my facial stuff and medication and avoided fried food.. then it naturally cleared by itself..

Apply tea tree oil daily on your affected skin..It helps to prevent and cure acne.

If you are suffering from the acne problem then go for the neem supplements. they are very much effective in getting rid of it. I have also tried it out and got a good result in few days.

HI Ladies,

I used to have very very bad acne on my back that spread to my shoulders and arms like for the longest time.

Then my gf advised that i saw a GP and get a tropical lotion called Dalacin. I used it according to prescription and saw that the acne cleared up entirely in last than a month's time.

I seriously could not believe that the acne problem is gone!

The lotion is not expensive. It should be below $40 dollars. It is very easy to use as you just dab the clear lotion directly on the affected spots.

See a GP to know if your condition requires this form of treatment. Sometimes excessive scrubbing can aggravate the condition.

Lastly, hydrate (drink at least 8 glasses of water a day) and sleep is very important.

Personally I think a good scrub on the back helps. Use some anti bacterial body wash or apply acne cream, should help

I had it last time also! Not really big problem but sometimes it is so annoying

i tried the body scrub and tea tree oil but during my period time, it will still come out pretty bad. I went to Dr. Wong su ni then she gave me some topical cream and oral medicine. It gets better. Here's the clinic info that i can find online. Hope it helps

hey there, I had same problems but cystic acne on my face!

I saw this doctor who understood alot about acne. He told me to be patient and gave me a set of products plus antibiotics which cleared it up! I was so happy.

You can use raw apple cider vinegar. Apply it wif a cotton wool after you bathe for 15 mins then rinse it off with warm water. Apple cider vinegar kills the bateria.
