Thanks!! the mosiac is FOC!! hahah squeez it out from my ID hahah..the layout is decide by us.We choose our own wall and floor tiles, toilet bowl etc...
My MBR toilet cost close to $3K i think. It is not overlay, we choose to hack everithing n do up. we worried the cons of overlay lor.

emm paisey the close to $3K is jus hack,lay,water prof for the floor and lay..pai sey u all mus be thinking WHOLE TOILET..sorry to misled u all.
The vanity top,solid surface + cabinet n basin add up to $1000 plus already lo..bath room accesories not include in the $3K of cos

Around $4K plus if wan includ all the accessories like tempered glass,basin,toilet bowl..stainless steel items..
