$35k budget to reno 4 rm HDB

Hi, i would like to get some comments here from some ID, went to expo show last weeks, but it seem all the company giving the same stuff n promotion. I need help, who to choose.

the main thing is to compare quotaion and serivce lor .This is what i did for my house sometime promotion is just to make owner sign up fisrt then talk later .

basically whole house, to keep in short.

masonry works
-living n dinning-600x600 homogeneous tiles
-kitchen -homogeneous rough surface tiles
2 bathrooms-wall & floor
fridge, washing machine & kitchen base.
-3 bedrooms laminated floorings

Plumping works
-whole house cold water piping
-installation of all bathrm accessaries

ceiling
-simple L-box with design

Painting
-whole house painting-with 5 colors

Capentry works
-24 ft cabinets in laminate finish c/w ABS triming
-supply & install 12 ft solid surface worktop.
-install cooker hob & hood
-supply and install 8 ft sliding wardrode in laminate finish-(8ft HT)

miscellanous work
-2 aluminium bi-fold doors for bathrm
-general cleaning.

I got a quote on above at $24500, guys, is this ok? As their service is not bad, they even give me look at a 3D drawings and a floor plan drawing b4 signing with them. They say is their service, as I got this house from a particular property company. Hope to get comments.

what's impt is are u happy with their design?

Yup, already sign with my ID, their service is good. They are very pro, as nowsaday, designers will ask you what we want before even propose something to us, at least we can have a better ideas.

Hi bibikoh, the ID which Im using is SG Concept Pte Ltd. Their concept quite good,maybe you can try.
