hi tinky, if you are interested in wedding shows, besides the raffles town club which is upcoming this sunday, next sat fort canning has it too. you may actually sign up for that.

Well.. have yet to go there with my hubby to be.. so not sure how he will react.. hopefully he will stay for the lucky draw.. i guess he would la.. he better! hahaha

In fact thanks to snowy, she has the list all consolidated... if you really need more info, singaporebrides has it just click under dining and you will see the list. Send them email and get the hotels to send you their proposal and some pictures of the venue , most of them reply rather quickly with this required info and from there you may start to do your own reference and sorting.

Oh Ya...before i forget, go get the latest issue of the bridal magazine it has lots of info.

I'm also holding 2 different days same as you! As for the avaliable places to book, you can ask them to block out the date for you first, explain to them that you will be back in Dec and IF someone is also taking the same date as you, at least you have the piority.

Will settle bridal studio soon, just started looking for VG and PG.

How much is ur VG &amp; PG?
MIne, I wld wan as cheap as possible, but at least doing decent job....

erm, for me, i never consult anybody, because as a teacher, it's better to marry during school holidays because you got more free time to prepare...so naturally, i chose the first saturday of the school holidays...i also don't believe in asking what master for dates, because whether a marriage will last or not, it invloves the couple and not on dates...

i guess it's up to your own belief...if you believe in getting a good date, go find somebody, if not, any day is the same...

I thought about that too - asking them to hold but it's harder on their part. I have emailed one restaurant and will look into maybe a few others. I'm considering 20 tables, thereabout... not looking at hotels coz budget small small. *sheepish grin*

Anyone has lobang for excellent food for lunch/tea buffet? Wanna have that for the general folks at church reception after the actual ceremony then have dinner for closer friends and family only.
