anna, 6 years friend by now 1 year dating next year get married 2 years.

Told my FH about that beach ROM plan last night. Hehehe.... he likes the idea too! Yeiyy!
But now he wants me to find out more infor and plan a bit more. SO I got a few questions for you.... What type of things can we do at the beach? How long was the whole program? You mentioned bonfire, yours was held in evening? Did the older relatives like the idea as well?

oh ya, she will ask u if u want to take up package as well..u can chk the rates. & of cos's she's very flexible with her package can pay by instalment up to 3-4 payments (no interest cos' only accept cash). if u really not keen to take package, u can tell her frankly, she's not so pushy.

actually i have been to divine, but it was with a friend ... thing about divine is that although their gowns are beautiful, they are not very flexible with the package ... in that they were not very willing to take things out of the package to substitute ... told me that i should do a la carte ... so i was not very happy lah .. that they didn't try to help in that sense

actually i was thkg of doing ala-carte to..but after much consideration, thk it's much more ex to do it all separately. but well, still contemplating the idea, haven't give up yet cos meeting photographer & make-up artist tonite to find out their svs & price..

queenie recommened this BS called jawn.happy.ever.after ... they currently are constructing their website ... so nothing to see ... but go check their thread in bridal studios .. seems quite positive

if it's flamingo, their package is $4,388 with diff choice of photographers, the usual MTM wg, eg, groom suit, flowers & makeup. but note tat their package do not include fathers' suits, and no tea-dress unless u want kua..they hv only 2 but wasn;t really impressed with the 2 cos' looked abit old.
as for white link, they hv $3288, $3588 & up. package as usual includes the normal stuff lor. but heard fm some friends & even my hb's tailor tat they r not so gd.

my friend had hers at rasa recently. the package was $50/ pax if i'm not wrong. it started from 2.30pm cocktail & we ended ard 5+. but 1 sad thing, is that it started to rain just before the reception so we have to moved everything in to the sheltered area meant for our meal.

It's just that on this forum, we get many opportunities to read other ppl experiences and at times, whatever they write, sets u off thinking too. I mean after reading that ONE last fling thread, i did ask myself, would i do that? And most importantly, why did she think of doing that? I've a kaki who also did something well, stupid on her hen party with a stranger and she's so guilty abt it until today. Even though they are living together, ROMed already, she still sort of think abt what would happen if she didn't marry him. Dunno whether it's like she regret it or not..hai yah...

If you budget of 5K include AD, then maybe you can take off the OTR for Silhoutte it is $4280...
and for AD photography..the lower rate i have encounter is $480 for 8 rolls of film and additional rolls will be charged at $35/roll..not to forget you still need to give ang pows to your helper

Jitpong ~ My preference is probably MTM i guess. Hmm...when u say AD photography, does it mean just normal photograhy from morning till dinner? And also during on the AD inself, some couples will take some simple outdoor shots?

ssmilezz - year my dear, you got it right for the AD photo..you can drop by allure charix at Amoy street...heard that tbey sell nice teadress at reasonable price..empire is a good choice too at Bukit Pasoh Road.
If you have no use for a EG, exchange it for a MTM teadress is a good idea too..can save some money...but depend on whether your BS is agreeable
