jam, i same case as u lor...... somemore my hb got teach class 3 times a week so i will also tend to stay out either hanging around when he teach or just go gym.... go home also 11 plus liao after his dinner..... so basically at night, i can't do anything..... very sian....
jam- wher ur ofce? me too lor, everyday reach hm like 9+ liao. watch abit of tv thn can get ready to koonz liao!

newbbi, u working at jpn co rite...they r v particular in punctuality wan loh...but hor everytime increment every1 oso get the min regardless of whether u perform gd or not go...so somehow bcome no motivation f us to work harder...no morale liow...sometimes when we c some staff got attitude prob & got more mc oso get promotion! so now as long as v finshed our job we bo chap liow!! work more = same increment wif those not working more!!

daphne, but now nobody leave the co. & dis new batch of management ya ya papaya! open door big big f us to leave if we r not happi wif the decision!! cos last year union fight f increment f us but failed to hv gd increment thought we got profit & they even gap salary for those staff reach ceiling loh...affected quite a no. of old staff here loh!!
jam, different lor.... for my industry, the turn over is very high and actually those who leave my company will have a better call at other jobs with higher pay, esp those in sales lah cos competitor sure will poach one.... just like we will also poach the competitor's sales team... haha... anyway, my company has too many pp here... almost 400 just in my office and not including the local office.... so to them, it's not a big deal cos pp will always apply to our company one....
