Hi baobao,
I am taking OTR for photoshoot but I will be having MTM for my AD. I like X-Zen style, that's why I choose them. However I was thinking of something different from my PS WG. Have yet talk to my desginer. I think I should look for her first and seek for her advice. Then maybe I can know better which design suite me other than tube type.

Girls,
Okie, anyway my review on Kevin from Yappies.
No offend to those who taken him already. He is the first one that I had seened.

In terms of price, Kevin should be considered one of the cheapest in town.

His package includes 12 hrs recording, but he mentioned that he not real fussy abt it, he dun need to have a break in between (unless we need express edit) and we dun need to leave a seat for him at the banquet.

He will have 2 hrs recording which will edit into 3 portions event summary, morning tea ceremony, dinner banquet. event summary is like MTV style of 5-6 mins.

His work is moderate, personally I feel that his transitions effects and style for photos isnt very great - some photos are not really in good focus in the video clip.. eg. can see the groom face but cant see the bride face becos got "darken" by transitions effects.

His videos are clear, sound a bit echo kind - but i think it should be the same for most wedding videogaphing, his editing skills is moderate too.. He did capture the moments, but certain angles of turning, editing.. i feel a but werid, but never the less with the price, I could consider it is quite value for money.

His service is great. he keep telling us, he will ensure a hazzle free day for us, making sure that the videos will work well for us so after paying deposit, the rest of the payment can be made when we collect the full edited videos (abt 3 weeks).

He also advise us to look at other videographer first before deciding, and even tell us how to look at equipment.

He will be getting less "orders" from 2005, abt 2 couples a mth becos he will be having his first child next mth. So if u are really interested, better check him out soon.

I will be looking at another 2 videographers before deciding. I thinks attitude and service very important. I would rather pick someone with a good attitude with acceptable video skills than lousy service with techkie videos.

So I will get to see ur review soon, i would like to see how people think so jesmax and kevin from their point of view.

Anyway, service really very impt becos that is ur big day, dun want to be unhappy becos of some bad service.

I will be looking at Mirage Pictures this sun and segami images on next monday. Think by next week, i should be able to come to a decision.
