As long as u r still with the co. till 31 Jan, u r entitled to the bonus. For my ex-co, even though a colleague's last day was on 31 Dec, she still gets the bonus. I guess it depends on the co. bigger cos are more structured n their procedures r all formalised. Small cos may forfeit the bonus.

Long time never come in cos super busy with my new job. Coincidentally Nov is our year end closing so busy like siao..
