i have mistaken the whole WIS procedures... WIS is based on a first come first serve basis, and not as what u gals mentioned, ballotting...
the ballotting is for those BTOs ones..
Silver, apart from Sembawang which has keys available, Hougang (Buangkong), yishun, woodlands, Jurong East, Choa Chu Kang, Sengkang (Executive units left) also have keys available...
gone thru the list for Hougang, and sembawang, available units now are ALL low floors.. so not much of a choice..
now really got $$ no flats to buy... *sign*

Just my personal opinion on some of the places that I had visited.
Tan Yoong offers very beautiful and dreamy gowns and had very exquisite workmanship.Fitting of the gown was very good. Drawback would be the price as Tan Yoong gowns normally comes with a considerable amount of top up and Tan Yoong do repeat his design on different brides. Apart from that, his gowns are heavenly and wow.
Le Galleria specialise in embroidery and Doreen is very warm and friendly. Her gowns are more classic with embroidery Drawback to me would be I may not be looking into embroidery for both wedding and evening gown and the gowns seems too simple and identical after I try on some of them. Worth considering if you are into embroidery.
Dang offers very classy and elegant gowns. More variations on detailings compare to LG. Friendly and good workmanship. Package pricing is more within my price range.
Silhouette gowns are quite daring and different too . Some of them can be very creative, althought they can do simplier gowns. Very good service and nice environment.
Jawn happy ever after offers unique and very beautiful gowns realising every brides dream . Their gowns comes with a lot of versatility and very nice train. I feel like a little princess in their gowns. And I should say they have the best fit compared to the rest that I have visited. And they are the place that offer the wow apart from Tan Yoong.

jan, ya... think if i wanna get a flat before wedding, it has to be resale... if nt, maybe stay at bf place for the time being, then slowly look for flats...
not too sure abt silver & yvonne... cos now if submit application, its for bto and the flats will only be ready in the next few years...

in the end, we took some shots of the orchids in another part of botanical gardens...

I just visited andrew choi n found that his photo shooting is very good especially in the outdoor photo.Now, i'm only realised taht in adrew choi studio have 2 photograher, one is andrew n the other one is called enric. I served by enric n found taht he is a very friendly guy. He showed a price list to me, they have different package between thsi 2 photographer. I think u need o pay a visit to them n see whether u like they photo shooting style or not. Finally finished my submission, now at least can sit back n relax... PHEW!!! Btw, I've downloaded some pixs on Pan Pac Suite for u gals viewing... hehehe! Actually the bridal suite n this excutive suite is very different. This was the one i stayed that wkend whereas the bridal suite which the coordinator shown us is much nicer.

Yan, BTO at SK is e recent announcement which has got some exisiting, som under construction n som not even built yet one. I guess most of e ppl choose there is bcos of e exisiting units (lik wat Silver & myself are aiming at).

Takes about an 1h 15 mins for both... but if u add spa treatments, it'll be 1/2 hr more. Felt a little wary of how pedi will hurt my feet (with all the scrubing..) when i did it for the 1st time... but it turned out to be quite relaxing and pampering... was quite glad.
