Just come across this topic and would like to share my weight losing experience..
I discovered that to lose weight we must have determination in the mind. It is true that breakfast is very important! Follow my advise and try for 1 month, sure work. I lose 8kg in 1 month. And kept the extra weight off by maintaining my schedule. I ate heavy dinner every now and then now..
1. MUST eat breakfast! Wake up in the morning, eat a hearty breakfast. A MUST!!
2. Lunch- eat moderate, don't eat too full.. (but after the heavy breakfast, maybe you won't even eat much lunch
)
3. Dinner- must eat before 6.30pm. Eat little bit, as little as possible.
4. and REMEMBER, no food after 6.30pm! This is where the determination comes in. But if you feel hungry in the nigh, just drink milo and eat a little bit biscuits.. but best is not to touch anything after 6.30pm.
5. Then when you wake up the next morning you will be hungry for breakfast!! and the routine starts again..
Follow the above, I guarantee you sure lose weight.
Actually you no need to spend so much money for those useless weight loss program, I tried before, they were useless... just a bunch of muscle stimulating electric shock, uncomfortable heat wrap..
They were no use at all, because all they do was to expel all the water in your body. After a day, your weight will be back to normal.
Please do not waste money going..
At least try out my method first before spending money going to slimming salon.
My friend lost 10kg using this method.
