I have to admit I am one who doesn't like to exercise. i'd rather slack on my couch to watch a tv programme I wasn't interested in than to step out and run. In fact, what I do everyday is to walk as much as I can. You can go window shopping, walk around the mall, take a longer route to get home, or even get off one stop before your own. I indulge once a week as I have an ultimate sweet tooth. Avoid soft drinks by all means.

Aiyah, the right way to lose weight is to eat the right amount of food for 3 meals everyday. (Don't skip meal, skipping meal will results in more fats storage when you eat at a later time). Plus a little of exercise, weight will be loss in no time. Points to note, as you all know, try to avoid deep fried and oily food. Also, please try not to not take carbohydrate because skipping carbohydrate will increase the chances of getting depression, so just try to take a little.

why dont u all try do HIIT (high intensity interval training)? 10MINUTES ONLY excerise a day, u will see results in 3 days.

why take so many pills for what? hai.. somemore this one burn fats and tone up ur body.. but must have determination la.. coz u excerise finish le, u will feel like dying.. but it will increase ur metabolism rate every 48 hours and keep increasing it.. so u are burning fats not muscle..

please google HIIT to find out more. if u need more info, i think u can search flowerpod.. i already taught a few podders how to do it.

btw, some guys going for ippt use this training to increase their stamina in short periods of time..

but its not free la.. u gotta invest abit of money to buy a timer, gotta buy online.. look for the brand boss timer. thats the only cost, i think S$20 nia? rest of the cost, is ur sweat. good luck ladies.

Three simple steps:
1. climb stairs instead of taking lift
2. Stop eating rice during meals for 2 months to see immediate effect
3. Drink 2 cups of plain water every morning to detox

or simply try the latest Korean way (Hip Korean do anything for beauty), use slimming air refresher: go google Gambisoo Air Refresher.

My gf did this ( Mon - Friday) :
1) cereal and milk for breakfast / sometimes western style eggs and ham
2) yogurt and fruits for lunch ( some tiny bit of chocolate / snacks in between )
3) stir fried plate of ONLY vegetables for dinner.

** Weekend is normal diet, she eats whatever she likes, be it deep fried food or sweet snacks.

Hi swing, you can try replacement meal like what I'm doing now. I love to snack too but we must be determined! My friend has introduced USANA replacement meal and I'm replacing my daily dinner for this. It's a protein drink and it works well in curbing my hunger. Swing can understand how u feel as for some ppl control diet like eating just one teaspoon of rice per day weight does not get reduced. Swing, you belong to same group of people like me..1 year of fitness first gym membership and constant workout 3-4 times per week, reduce my meals and no rice too..it is indeed upset.
But I manage to lose 8.5kg by end of 2011, feel better now =)

Hi, sorry just wanna share my experience with sibutramine. I will lose weight when I m on it but once I am off I will put on a lot more weight. Do anyone here share same the feeling? I find that my appetite will increase so much that I cannot really control..
 
such slimming pill works by controlling craving and weight lost may meant losing water and not body fats. Weight will rebound since no body fats have been lose. I was trying to lose weight for 2 months but the effects were really small, like 1.5 kg in the two months, and my goal is 9 kg in 5 months. I did cardio 3x a week. Then my sister-in-law-to-be and I started taking this product called GLOW raspberry. The nutritionist in the company said must still exercise with the product we got from WATSONS and I did and the weight loss is so much faster. I'ts been about 1.5 months since I started my new regime and I've lost 4kg already, and my sis-in-law lost 2.5 (but she only exercises once a week).
