BTB in 3 months (Change my lifestyle and look great)

Hi Ladies,
Any BTB in 3 months? I have been on a personalised lifestyle programme, but recently, I am thinking of engaging a group of us to do it together so we can motivate each other together.

Anyone?
 


Hi i have been changing my lifestyle cos my wedding in may. I stick to eating organic whole grain brown rice. Drinking lemon water in the morning. Exercise at least 2 - 3 times a week. Sleeping in early do play a import part.
 
Care to share your personalized programme? Getting married early next year thought I should probably start now.
 
Hello All, I hope that everyone is well on track!
I am all for warm freshly squeezed lemon water first thing in the morning and sipping on plain warm water throughout the day
Reduction in 80% of carbs (breads, rice, noodles)carbs, one - two meals out over the weekend, more oily fish, less fried and more grilled and soupy food.
Exercise minimum 3 times a week of at least 30mins med-high intensity or low intensity at 4-5times a week for at least 30 mins.
Get quality sleep, less alcohol and more massages, facials, yoga or meditation.
As said it is a lifestyle change, doesn't happen overnight but should try to stick to it.

Hi ladies. I'm about to start about getting fit for my wedding. I've been meaning to start 2 weeks ago but I always get tempted and now that wedding day is getting nearer I'm worried I wouldn't get things done. Lol. Thanks for all the tips. Will try to do the same thing esp water with freshly squeezed lemon. Sounds refreshing!

All the best, the first step is always the hardest. I have stopped procrastinating and am now into day 3 after a month long absence from the gym, eating clean 70% the other 30% is because I just had noodles (carbs) so it's green juice or blended fruit shake after a workout this evening!

Good Luck, it's all in the mind.
