Steps to go through for an annulment. please help.

My ROM date with my husband was on the 8th of June 2012. Right after, I realised I've made the biggest mistake of my life. I didn't know what got it into me that made me agree to marry him. He's a foreigner. We never lived together...we're hardly intouch. I don't even know where to get a hold of him. I need to get this marriage annuled, it's weighing too heavily on me. Can anyone please help me out on this? I'm so lost. If I'm going to need lawyer, please recommend or PM me some good and affordable ones since I can't afford the best ones... Thank you.

Can I just go ahead and file without his consent? I really don't know where to find him. His number is not even in use anymore...

The doc to submit to court must have his endorsement.
Get and speak to your lawyer for a straight answer. First annullment consultation usually won't cause you more than $100.
