Silhouette the Atelier


Hi! It's been a long time since I checked back here! I'm officially a SIL bride! My designer is Minda. I did a MTM gown, no EG.. so I no need to change, no need to do a second march-in, no need to think of second march-in song too! So I hope I can sit down to eat on the day? Kekekeke... =p

Minda is a very nice lady, patient, and listens to what you want, also offers you advice when you are unsure. She has ideas looking at you already. In fact, sometimes what you imagined might not be what will look good on you, so be more open and listen to the professionals! :D

Now I'm at the midst of finding MUA. I did a trial with the one SIL assigned to me, but I feel like finding another one myself for my photoshoot. Anyone got good recommendations? =p
 
Hi all, I've a brand new Silhouette gown to sell.
Won it at a wedding fair but won't be using it as I've already got another bridal package.

Fits tall slim ladies, but can be altered not to worry. (I've brought the gown to my bridal studio to ask, they said still got some allowance to make alterations)

Hi all, i am new here. I am going to get married on mid of june 2013. Now start to look for bridal package and my white wedding gown. So.....excited. I surf the internet and looked at their website which was recommend by my colleague (Silhouette, Divine Couture, Bridal Veil and Emanuel B Couture). Wow, all the gowns so pretty. Hi ladies, would anyone be able to share their AD-only packages? I would need only the wedding gown, evening gown and tea dress rental, make-up, hair, corsages, etc.

I just dropped by Silhouette today and Caroline served me, have any of you worked with her before? Any feedback? Also, any idea about veil rental at Silhouette?

Does your package include teadress? If so, what type of teadress are you able to choose from? Do they have kwa?

Hi I was formerly a Silhouette Bride and i have bought a Flaunt Freedom Silicon Bra (Size B Nude colour) for my wedding gown as recommended by my stylist Minda. It is a very good quality stick on silicon bra which enhances and boost your cleavage and body shape, esp for bustier princess gown. I only wore once during my wedding day and the set is still in a very good and new condition (with box). Bought for $69.90. Willing to let go for only $40 (self collect). Interested brides, plesae pm me. Thanks very much.

Could you share your package with me? Is Silhouette flexible to give additional perks? Which designer and make up artist is the best?

Currently, I know Silhouette has a promo package (have not seen the details yet). Does anyone have the details and how different vs the usual wedding show perks?

I am considering Silhouette, The Wedding Present and Bridal Veil by Michelle huimin. if anyone have any feedbacks, appreciate your sharing!

Hi all, I am a SIL B2B and I signed up for their promo package which offered a discount of $300. This promo was provided due to the launch of their new studio at Emerald hill. So far I am extremely satisfied with their range of gowns and service.

My package included 1 BG OTR, 1 EG OTR; 1 M2M suit to keep, 3 make up sessions (Trial, AD morning and evening), wedding bouquet and corsarges. I believe they are working with 4 MUAs and I have booked Joey for my AD. Pretty impressed by her portfolio on FB. Also personally spoke with Joey and she seems friendly and easy going.

Rebecca is my designer and I am very pleased with her service. She is friendly, accomodating to your requests and offers sound advice to brides. She is patient and does not throw airs as I know there are some designers who tend to be stuck up and unfriendly.

Be sure to like their fb page as they will provide news feed on some of the latest gowns, fashion shows etc. I actually booked for a fitting session right after the recent fashion show and got the gown i really liked. EGs that are beautiful tend to get booked really quickly and most of the time you get left with the EGs that are not as lovely.

Once you have signed up with Sil, it's a little hard to be an unhappy bride

Especially you know that you are getting the gown that u love and not a gown that you don't even know you are going to get. All the best beautifuls!
