can you imagine the floor plan? Everything look so squeezy...
The most bottom unit I think is the super long living room unit, not the odd shape unit cuz the bedrm and living rm window all align.

Was feeling erm... so went to take a look at the construction status.

Wow the school seem to be almost done and not bad 1st level of 488 is up.

But I was abit at daze cuz from 486 as I look down at 488 everything seem to be so squeezy? I tried to imagine the size of the flat as there is some clear divider for the unit partition and workers are walking around.

Then I went to the multi-carpark looking at the other angle of 488, alot of workers are gathering nearby 2 "box" and I figured out that it was the 2 toilets. It look very small and squeezy also cuz the guy was in the box walking around. omg...maybe next time I should bring along a bino to comfort myself.

Ok lar I think its the perspective view causing it looking small...nvm

Anyway, I will wait till 487 level 1 up then I will go again to take a look from block 486 maybe from level 3 to get a better view on my unit actual size to comfort my long wait.

There is suppose to be a eatery/minimart/shop at the carpark stated on the map leh but I just don't seem to see it.

Anyway, as I park my car under 486 walking around again I'm glad to have select 487 cuz directly next to rain shelter walkway to main road bus stop.

The only thing I don't like about our flat is that the lift and chute is at one side only if at the middle would be best.

I'm also thinking about how well the clothing will dry cuz all the new flats not like old one get lots of direct sunlight, maybe should get a dryer next time.
 
487 still 9 units available and got 3 units facing the park at level 4, 15 and 17. I think the 17 one will give very good view as it see thru the opening at high floor but $$$ also alot.

488 still got 8 units available.

489 still got 9 units available and got 2 units facing the park at level 6 and 13.

490 still got 13 units available and got 3 units facing the park at level 2 and 3.
 
If you ask me dusty or not, I don't really feel it cuz..

1. I never sneeze (my nose very sensitive to dust)

2. I touched some of the building corridor rail quite clean.

3. Feedback from pp say not really dusty except those direct facing the shipyard think wind blow into their house first.

On the overall, infact the place quite cooling. At night if couple wana go "pa thor" also can haha at our very own park but try to hide in bushes when action k cuz everyone is looking at the park.
 
haha...great job nichi... the pictures are clear and good...thanks for sharing. hmm..can u really find any bushes in our park??? haha... are u talking about those "slim" and tiny plants?..... let see how it could hide us...haha....
 
hehehe issit? i dont know leh... was thinking the corner looks like not enough ventilation.
but picked the unit coz we didnt wan a extra beam in the master bathroom coz SO wanna bathtub :S
hehehehe so happy... cant wait for the unit to come.

According to the model, the window seem to have those horizontal grill leh... but I saw in another forum where flats have bay windows with many grills, they actually remove it to make it look nicer. So duno if ours will be like the model one.
 
oh grilles huh... aiyoh.. hmm maybe its for children-safety that they had grilles?

hope it can really be ready by 2009, else gotta wait till Q1 2010 as per the sign board at the construction site i saw on sunday.

anyone know of any good and powerful ID software like those used in the ID studio whereby it can generate a realistic 3-D layout..?

Yup, I went over to the site last sat too & saw the 2nd level of 488 up...I share the same sentiments that the space looked pretty constrained...But then again, probably when everything's done it will look better

When i saw that they have the park-facing view released during the recent balloting exercise, my gf and i were thinking of going for it and let go of out current unit, but considering have to forfeit our deposit, end up we stick to our original choice lor.
 
Hey everyone~ I book Blk 488 last Oct! Din know there is a topic on this till today! haha.. Great! Lets hope our 4 blocks build finish asap!
