Hello everybody! Me and my non official husband were refused to get married by ROM ppl yesterday in our wedding day! I am Russian and my partner is British, we were assisted by the officer named David, he said last Monday my partner's papers are ok and I should have CNI from Russia. I ve done it, we came back to him Friday, 2 days before our marriage and he said ok, now my papers are ok and my partner should have marriage search index!!!! 2 days before marriage he changed his mind! It was not possible for us to ger this search over weekend and on our marriage day ROM said us official NO for the wedding. They ruined our day, guests time, solomnizer's time because their officer did not provide his assistance right. I want him to pay for my tears and nerves of my partner. What can I do about?
