I own 3 condos in Philippines and all are being rented out. My 1st one i bought year 2004 and since 2005-till present its rented out. my second and third one is bought at 2007 but delivered last year and just this year both being rented out for $1,100 a month each unit. I regretted only have 3 condos being rented out cos that time theyre selling me this property, i just want to try my luck but now o wish i have 2 more condominiums.
