At the Orchard Hotel, we have just gotten a new Executive Chef, Chef Eric Teo who leads the National Team for cooking competition overseas. Also, our Banquet Operations Director, Mr Simon Ong was transferred from Grand Copthorne Waterfront only recently. Thus, with this additions to the team, I believe that we are able to provide the services that matches the hotels that KLB had mentioned.
At no time have we provided false advertising to our guest and wedding favours are part of the package as long as those chosen are within ourlist of 6-8 types shown. As for free flow of beer, I would like to aplogise to one and all that these is not one of our practices. However, if you can give us more tables than the minimum for the room, we will provide you with additional barrels if the savings from the extra tables covers the cost of the beer.
I feel that KLB has mentioned that he is doubtful that I can provide good service. I think he may owe me an apology for that statement as I had joined about 5 months ago and was not the person handling his event. Many of my ex guest from Inter-Con has become close friends with me due to the level of service I have provided them. Also, as a pionner at Inter-Con, I was one of the few that had assisted in building the levels of service till it is when I left the hotel.
So, with the changes and the additions in terms of senior leadership, it is evident that we are pushing for even better service for the guest
