Need advise. I want to divorce my HB. We have 1 kid 4yrs old. He went to jail in early 2014 n out last yr. We din stay tgt since end of 2013. We got our BTO last year. He pay only the upfront payment aft tt monthly impaying thru my CPF. I ask him to give up eflat n trsf to mi as the kid maintenace. Coshe wont pay e maintenance as his previousmarriage he also din pay.
Will i be able TO get the flat?
N i do up the renovate.
He ask mi sell off e hse. Which i don't agree to it. Moreover he is bankruptcy. Pls help. My kid is still young any gd n cheap lawyerto recommend
