Need advice on summon

Hi Lynn, just wanna let you know that I think there are quite a few people out there who are in the same boat, so pls don't feel too bad. I know of a family whose family business failed and both parents declared bankruptcy, and the sons who helped to take over the business also subsequently got implicated. If you look on the bright side, bankruptcy is nothing, just perhaps perceived to be a social stigma (but nobody will know unless you tell them), need to get OA approval when u wanna travel outside of Singapore, and declare or report to the OA in relation to future financial matters or spending. In a few years time, your parents should be able to clear themselves of the bankruptcy status. When I was in uni, I had a few friends whose fathers went bankrupt, but they told me it's actually a good thing. Cheers and 加油ok! Hugs

Thank you for your encouragement! But right now we're facing another huge problem. We have no idea how to fill in the Statement of Affairs for the application and has no means to hire a lawyer. It's getting really depressing - and we really want to avoid the seizure by banks. Called up IPTO & Supreme Court but no help is available at all. All these worrying coupled with my examinations are stressing me out.

have you tried approaching your mp? sound like a lame suggestion but i know there are alot of people who go to them for everything.
