Nagamas printing @ city square

For those considering nagamas at city sq, you can forget about it.

1st, they can't deliver the cards as per promised. (Imagine that we were already so bz with our wedding planning and bcos of them, we delayed in sending out our invites)
2nd, they made so much error. (we had to use the card with error and think of ways to salvage it!!!)
3rd, they're a dishonest lot! esp angela! she can say this for one moment and then deny what she say!

I printed from both T&T and Nagamas but the latter gave me a lot of prob. the cards were nt printed as agreed and they refused to re-print and still had the cheek to demand for payment.

Was thinking of asking them for quotes after hearing from another forummer's recommendation but dun think I will anymore after reading your post. Thanks for the alert.

Well to be fair, i recently printed from them and they did an excellent job. I made sure i proof read everything before giving them the go ahead...it was affordable yet classy. Go and ask for Shamier. He's good. disclaimer: i do not work for nagamas..but i dun want a perfectly good printing shop to be defamed here. Just FYI..

Hi all,

i had just collected my wedding cards from them. to be fair, think, it depends on who actually served u, i m being served by the only chinese man-kenny (whom i tot chinese will be better - that proved me wrong

).

(1) confirming of the inserts details took me almost a week. (due to the kenny is "off"/"not around" etc...)

(2) I had confirmed my insert layout on fri(31/7) 2pm and being told they will try to get it done by thu (13/8). Kenny promised he will call us to confirm whether the prinitng will be in time. However, since this is being the 3rd time (prior 2times is when confimring layout) that he told us he will call so we don't really trust him. Wed came, no call from kenny. When we call him, he told us its not ready, but he told us their hq promised the cards will arrive by fri. So i ask him to call us should they are. unable to do so. Thu come, fri come, no call again. When we call back on fri, kenny was "off" again!! hai.... so my hubby talk to a malay guy (i forgotten his name) and he did help us to check and let us know by sat. Sat came, this malay guy suprisingly did call back to inform my hubby that the cards will be ready by sun. But we must call the outlet before going down just "in case" its not ready.

So sun kenny finally decided to call us to inform the cards are ready. So i went to collecy on sun instead.

The cards, envelopes and printing is quite ok.

But must really check and check thro the details when they send the soft copy of insert. Cos my inserts had at least changed 4-5times due to they are "careless", unable to "see" the mistakes being circled out..(though i had circle out and scanned the mistakes to them)

Hi All,

Just like Joanne, Kenny was on leave most of the week and leaving my orders hanging there without any attention and I needed to make amendment to their draft urgently.

Everytime when I call up the shop, they keep saying oh he is on leave, call back tomorrow and tomorrow never come. I had to kick up a big fuss today.

At the end, they had asked me to speak their boss. I did that and got it sorted out very quickly and they did amendments came back was pretty good. Just 1 or 2 minor adjustments.

According to the boss, Kenny has not turned up for work a few days liao and is not contactable.. Looks like he went AWOL.

Sigh! Now I have to wait another 10 days for my cards to be ready. ARGH!

Can i know how much they charge if we provide our own cards?
