Both dates does not clash to anyone. However, will have to wait till the 2014 tong shu is out in Aug this year to look at the general dates. Now only way is to use Bazi to select.

22/12 is fine. It is a general good day

** Note that these r general tong shu good dates only. Couple's bazi is not taken into consideration and the dates can still turn out to be inauspicious if the date and bazi are not compatible **

I need your advice on An Chuang.

After AD dinner, we will be going back to stay at his place for a few days before moving back to my place. We'll be staying at my house for the time being until our flat is ready.

We bought a new bed for my house. Do we do An Chuang for the new bed or for his old bed? Can we An Chuang on the old bed? Can I sleep on the new bed before An Chuang?

I would like to ask if 2 customary wedding is allowed in a family?

My wedding is set on 09 Oct 2013 and will be moving into his house.
My husband-to-be's sister wedding date is set on 10 Nov 2013 and will move out.

My dialect is teochew.
My inlaw side is Hokkien.

Is this ok?

The 2014 Tong shu will only b out in Aug this yr, so if u looking at general dates, can only check then

But one of u is born Rat yr, and 2014 horse will clash rat, hence by right not a gd yr for wedding

By right siblings cannot get married same yr. if really no choice, at least must b 100 days apart, else will clash n it is believed to bring bad luck to both parties

Thank you v.much for your explaination. There's no particular reason to clash but they also want to settle down too.

However my future sis-in-law said..as long she dont pray 天宫, 祖先 and host banquet, there will be no concern.

Is that so?

There is no workaround solution, someone has to change to an earlier or later date if you want to observe this Chinese belief. Don't forget your cannot even attend each other's wedding too as within 3mths

(if not which other dates will be a better choice)
